Goal–

Redesign existing homeowner’s policy document to effortlessly guide insureds through their coverages in a simple, brand-appropriate, pleasing way and reduce customer confusion.

Process–

Partnered with Marketing and Personal Lines for text content as well as developers for variable data input configuring. Color checks and print proof approval with print operators.

Result–

The redesign has improved the overall look and branding of the document and helped reduce customer confusion over insurance coverages which has in turn reduced call volumes to agents and cost reduction in call centers by 23%.
